Pepper Mill Mechanism
The mechanism features a double row of helical teeth that capture, push down, and lock the peppercorns for perfect grinding. It undergoes a patented treatment that protects the steel from corrosion while maintaining its sharpness and wear resistance. For best results, use only dry peppercorns with a diameter of 5 mm or less. Green, black, and white peppercorns can be ground, while red berries can be ground only if mixed (max 15%) with other peppercorns. Dry coriander seeds are also suitable for this mechanism.

The patented system allows for predefined grinding adjustments with 6 levels.
Simply turn the ring at the base of the grinder and select one of the positions, each corresponding to a specific grind size.
