  1. Right of Withdrawal
  • The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, according to Legislative Decree 206/2005, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the following terms:
    - For “Bang & Olufsen” branded products: 30 calendar days from the day of receipt of the Products.
    - For all other products: 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the Products.
  • The right of withdrawal must be exercised within the aforementioned term by notifying Salvadori, writing to the address salvadori@salvadori.it.
  • If the Products have already been delivered, the Customer must return them within:
    - For “Bang & Olufsen” branded products: 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
    - For all other products: 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • In addition to complying with the terms and methods as reported in the previous points of this paragraph, the right of withdrawal may be correctly exercised if the following conditions are met:
    • The Products must not be used.
    • The Products must be returned in their original packaging;
    • The returned Products must be sent to Salvadori in a single shipment to the address: Salvadori, Via Fratelli Giachetti 28, Prato 59100. Salvadori reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and shipped at different times.
  • If the Customer wishes to withdraw due to a purchasing error or no longer wants the ordered item, they can do so within 14 days of receipt. The customer will be refunded the value of the item, minus any transport costs: initial shipping and return shipping to our warehouse. The Customer can choose to send the product back with their own courier or to pay for the return service at the store.
  • In the case of a refund for defective products or products damaged during transport or due to production defects, Salvadori undertakes to collect the non-compliant item and either replace it or fully refund the Customer.
  • Where the refund request is exercised by the Customer in compliance with the provisions set out in these General Terms of Sale, Salvadori will refund the amounts already collected, including any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase if provided and incurred, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the legitimate exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer has been verified.
  • If the Customer does not exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the formalities prescribed in these General Terms of Sale, the Customer is not entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to Salvadori. In any case, the Customer has the right to request, at their own expense, the return of the Products in the state in which they were returned.

 

  1. Refund Procedures
  • After the return of the products by the Customer to Salvadori, and after performing the necessary checks regarding the conformity of the return to the conditions listed in paragraph 8, if these are positive, Salvadori will communicate acceptance of the return.
  • The refund procedure, regardless of the payment method used by the Customer, will be initiated by Salvadori within 14 days from the acceptance of the return.
  • If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the Products indicated in the Purchase Order and the Customer who placed the order, the refund referred to in this paragraph will, in any case, be made to the Customer.
