Payments
Salvadori Negozio on Line accepts exclusively payment by credit card as indicated in the order form.

All the financial details (for example card number and expiration date) will be sent to Cassa di Risparmio di Pistoia e Pescia or other banks which provide remote electronic services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will be used by Salvadori Negozio on Line exclusively for issuing relevant refunds in case of returns.
The charge of the due amount will be only when the purchased products are actually delivered.

If you buy with Scalapay, you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the instalments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorise such transfer.

Return Policy
As per D. Lgs. 06/09/2005 Salvadori Negozio on Line, in order to guarantee the consumer’s full satisfaction, recognizes you the Return Right.
Salvadori Negozio on Line develops its activity of electronic commerce exclusively towards the final users, defined as “consumers”, i.e. individuals who are acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. Salvadori Negozio on Line reserves the right not to process purchase orders received from users who are not “consumers”.
You may return products purchased from Salvadori Negozio on line, without any penalty and without specifying the reason within ten (10) working days of receipt of the products purchased on Salvadori Negozio on Line. You will not be able to exchange one item for another instead.
Orders of audiovisuals, sealed informatic softwares opened, rapid adulterating goods, or perishable goods and any kind of customized goods are excluded ex lege from the return right.

The return right shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

You will send within and later than ten (10) working days the Return Form correctly filled in by means of an e-mail to Salvadori Negozio on Line (salvadori@salvadori.it). You may also send the Return Form to Salvadori Negozio on Line (c/o Salvadori liste nozze dal 1960 s.r.l. Via Pomeria, 81, 59100 Prato) by means of a R.R. Registered Letter. Within the same term you shall be able to anticipate the Return Form by fax to at the following number 0574/22611 and forward it afterwards by R.R. Registered Letter as well.
The products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging.
The returned products must be sent to Salvadori Negozio on Line in a single delivery. Salvadori Negozio on Line reserves the right not to accept products belonging to a single order returned and delivered at different times.
The returning goods must be given back to the courier within ten (10) working days. This grace period begins the day we provide you with a return code and the address of shipment.

If the return right is exercised in conformity with the provisions set forth in this paragraph, Salvadori Negozio on Line shall refund the sums paid for the returned products, with the exclusion of the return shipping costs.

In the event that your return does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in this paragraph, Salvadori Negozio on Line will contact you and you may decide to have the purchased goods back (at your expenses). If you do not provide to collect the returned goods, Salvadori Negozio on Line shall be entitled to keep the products and withhold the sums already received.

REFUNDS
Once checked the conformity of the returned products, Salvadori Negozio on Line shall send you the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by e-mail. Within thirty (30) days from when Salvadori Negozio on Line learned of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions Salvadori Negozio on Line shall refund the entire price for the purchased products by means of reverse transfer on the credit card used for the payment at the same currency exchange rate of the original debit.

COURIER
Salvadori Negozio on Line uses as shipping agent TNT Global Service Spa. In case of a return, you may use the same parcel received with the shipment and use the pre-printed label enclosed in the package. Please contact TNT Global Service s.p.a. at 803868 to organise the pick-up, without any additional cost.
If you decide to use a different shipping agent, any shipping costs for the delivery will be at you charge, included any responsibility for the loss or damage of the goods.

Salvadori Negozio on Line guarantees the delivery within the European Community.
