#### Pepper Mill Mechanism
The mechanism features a double row of helical teeth that capture, push down, and lock the peppercorns for perfect grinding. It undergoes a patented treatment that protects the steel from corrosion while maintaining its sharpness and wear resistance. For best results, use only dry peppercorns 5 mm or less in diameter. Green, black, and white peppercorns can be ground, while red berries can be ground only if mixed (max 15%) with other peppercorns. Dry coriander seeds are also suitable for this mechanism.
#### Salt Mill Mechanism
The Peugeot salt mechanism is designed to grind coarse sea salt. Made from stainless steel, it resists corrosion caused by dry salt. Do not use with pepper, other spices, moist sea salt, or salt flakes (e.g., Guérande, Ré, Malton, pink salt). For optimal performance, use salt with a diameter of 4 mm.
Classic Adjustment
In electric devices, the adjustment wheel is located under the grinding mechanism. Turn clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind.
