The CeraGreen ceramic non-stick coating, healthy and non-stick, allows cooking with little or no oil, ensuring easy food release and effortless cleaning. The pan, made from recycled aluminum, features a full-disc base that ensures rapid and even heat distribution, ideal for energy-efficient cooking on all types of stovetops, including induction. The lid is designed with condensation bumps and an integrated straining function. Additionally, the removable silicone handles allow you to safely remove the pan from the oven and easily strain boiling water.
