BREAD BASKET, THREAD 826 - ALESSI
The "826" basket, with its essential shapes, adapts to any environment and serves various purposes, both professional and domestic. Made of stainless steel with wirework, it fits into a typological variant that has been present for centuries in the history of household items: that of wire metal baskets. It was the first object born from the technological research on bent metal wire, conducted by the Alessi Technical Office in the second half of the 1940s.
